Pastel colors can make for the perfect pallet for an early spring or summer wedding. When looking to plan your wedding colors try to find colors that will be reflected naturally in nature. For example if you are having a spring wedding you might go with warm colors since most trees and flowers will be starting to bloom. Like any color theme it is important to think about the colors that one you like and are naturally drawn to and two, how you can incorporate those into your wedding day decor.

We were privaleged to host some of New Yorks top wedding professionals for a Fam Trip last week taking in the four Dream Irish Wedding venues which included an overnight stay of luxury, pampering good food and hospitality.

Each venue will suit their niche clients in its own very distinctive way from the evocative Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort, the breathtaking  Lodge at Doonbeg Golf Club, the grand and magnificent Dromoland Castle to the fairytale Knappogue Castle.

Their jam packed itinerary included a visit to the world famous Cliffs of Moher, a drive through the stunning Burren region, a short trip to the village of Bunratty where they explored the Bunratty folk park & medieval castle, a stroll around Ireland’s prettiest village of Adare experiencing the quaint shops, wonderful boutiques and thatched cottages.

They experienced an array of great quality local food  from Smoked Irish Salmon tasting at the Burren smoke house, to the gourmet meals produced from  local Aritsan produce at dinner each evening in the Dream Irish wedding venues. They choose from the most wonderful selection of seafood as well as local meats, vegetables and the venison is so local in Dromoland it comes directly from the resort to the table!

They learnt how to pull & drink a pint of Guinness ,tasted a true Irish coffee made with whiskey (not baileys as they get back home)…in the local Irish pub and  as we like to say the only item we serve which is not Irish is good French wine & champagne which flowed!
