Access & Entry Requirements
Ireland is serviced by Dublin, Shannon and Cork airports. Shannon is particularly convenient as it is located in the heart of this emerald oasis, offering easy access from worldwide destinations with over 200 inbound flights per week from North America, Canada, UK and Europe. And whatís more our Dream Irish Wedding offices are located only 20 mins from Shannon airport and many of our handpicked locations!
Passports & Visas
Itís important to understand the passport and visa requirements for entry into Ireland. All visitors to Ireland must hold a valid passport or identity card. Visitors from the EU & USA for most part do not require a VISA. For some countries including parts of Africa, Cuba & Middle East a visa is required.
Following an agreement between the Irish & American Government, from July 2009, anyone travelling to the US from Shannon will complete ĎFull Pre ClearanceĒ at Shannon Airport, which will fast track access for all flying to the USA.
