5 Unexpected Ways A Wedding Planner Helps Your Big Day

They say your wedding day will be one of the happiest days of your life. As your wedding planner, we ensure this comes true. From initial consultation to walking down the aisle, we’re with you every step of the way. Here are 5 ways we help on your big day that you may not expect.

1. Bring Your Vision Board to Life.

During our first meeting, we get to know you and your partner to understand your vision for a Dream Irish Wedding . As your Wedding Planner, we start by creating a vision board with you to pull all of your ideas together and get a sense of the overall look and feel of your wedding.

From there, we review local vendor options. We also suggest some of our most trusted suppliers to bring your vision board to life. We coordinate with every vendor throughout the planning process to ensure each detail is considered. This means you receive a result that is even more beautiful than you can imagine.

You present the ideas and the vision, and we coordinate the logistics and timings, so you don’t need to worry about when your flowers are arriving or where the band will be setting up. These behind-the-scenes details will all be taken care of for you.

2. Greet Your Guests.

Depending on the size of your wedding, you may not have time to welcome your guests as they arrive at your chosen destination. We’re on hand to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and their particular roles if they’re part of the wedding party or ceremony.

Seating arrangements at your ceremony will be confirmed ahead of time to reserve seats if needed and accommodate any VIP guests.

Should your guests have questions about timelines, additional support or directions, as your wedding planner, we’re on-site to ensure they are answered. Meaning you only need to focus on walking down the aisle.

3. Always Have a Plan B.

You spend months planning your dream day and have a specific idea of how it will all look in your head. While we do everything in our power to bring this idea to life, there are some things we cannot control, like the weather.

However, with over 20 years of wedding planning experience in Ireland, we always have a plan b ready. That can be a quick venue change from outdoor to indoor or extra umbrellas on hand if needed.

We’re there to answer and solve any challenges or uncertainties which may arise on the day.

A common misconception about working with a Wedding Planner is that it brings up the overall cost of your wedding. This simply isn’t true. In reality, we are very mindful and careful with the budget you share with us.

Throughout the planning process, we will track your budget to ensure we stay within your set parameters. Should anything need to change, we will suggest high-quality alternatives to ensure your dream day isn’t compromised.
