Following a cathedral ceremony, Lyndsey and Paul treated their 600 guests to a star-studded wedding celebration at the recently refurbished magnificent Adare Manor. The event was beyond everything at a #beyondeverything venue . From Royal Ascot to London to Dublin the wedding was the one of the hottest invitations of the season – A Beautiful Star-studded Day Fit For Royalty!
Wedding Styling
Lyndsey and Paul dreamt of a classic, elegant and romantic wedding with an opulent & luxe feel. The design team headed by our own planner extraordinaire Michelle and Wedding Designer to the stars Viv Keating certainly worked their magic. The marquee alone took 5 weeks to build the masterpiece was the size of giant football stadium! With silk chairs from Paris , chandeliers from Belgium and glassware from Germany the setting for this wedding was sure to be splendid !
The colour palette of rose gold, blush pink, white and grey created a grand and fairy tale ambience.
The fabulous décor and arrangements included stunning lush white and ivory flowers with hints of blush. The overall look was slightly unstructured, loose and lux with some foliage in the ceremony and reception flowers.
Wedding Attire
Beautiful bride Lyndsey wore a magnificent white Irish designed dress set off with bespoke Sophia Webster shoes.
She had eight bridesmaids who comprised family members and friends. They all wore beautiful blush pink dresses in various styles while the flower girls were so pretty in white.
The dapper groom and groomsmen wore suits designed in Saville Row.
Time To Party
Making sure everyone was having a blast at their dream wedding, the couple provided lots of entertainment: The music entertainers including The Vows, Ronan Keating, Cole Page and DJ Scruffy Duffy made sure the dance floor was never empty! Caricaturists made fun sketches of everyone, a party photographer snapped all night & along with the pink photo booth provided 1000’s of additional fun images! While the candy bar ensured sweet pickings all night long.
We must also mention the amazing music provided by the 24 man choir & musicians in the church Ancor they were beyond divine.
Fun For Kids
To ensure the 25 children enjoyed the party as much as Lyndsey and Paul they had their very own marquee where they were entertained til bed time! Their entertainment included movies in their very own cinema, a candy cart, giant games, clowns, dancers and DJ – but not an Xbox in sight!
Rich Pickings!
The food & beverage were very important to the couple who were delighted to be able to add some of their favourites to the 5* culinary delight. During the cocktail reception, the guests enjoyed canapes including duck spring roll, smoked salmon and tempura prawns. Dinner was a delicious 5 course meal of white crab meat tian, roasted vegetable soup, mouth watering fillet of beef & all the trimmings and a gourmet trio of desserts.
The All Important Wedding Day Beverages
In keeping with the wedding pink colour palette Rose Tattinger Champagne was served throughout. No wedding for the brides family (who hailed originally from Leitrim) would be complete without a Gunpowder Gin Bar so guests could experience Leitrim In Adare ! While signature cocktails of
Pimms, Mojitos and Tom Collins kept the award winning Adare Manor mixologist busy!
The Wedding Cake
Matching the overall theme, the 4-tier cake featured blush, rose gold and white colours as well as a monogram of the couple’s names and diamantes. It comprised several flavours including chocolate and Bailey’s, luscious lemon, sublime caramel cake with extra caramel and chocolate biscuit.
The Celebration Never Ends
Following an amazing, star-studded wedding day the couple invited their guests to join them for some further celebrations the day after. The afternoon begun with some old school games including tug of war or giant egg and spoon races. In the evening everyone was welcomed to a BBQ post wedding party. Providing another splendid dining experience Lyndsey and Paul decided on bowl food which included Irish lamb stew, fish & chips, braised beef cheek, beef sliders, the brides favourite bangers & mash & of course the BBQ favourites. Their wedding cake served as dessert for the BBQ as well as apple & rhubarb crumbles, an ice cream cart and a cheese board which kept guests nibbling all night.
