Tiffany & Sean together with their guests travelled from the East Coast of the USA for their destination wedding in the majestic Waterford castle in the South East of Ireland. They hired the castle on its very own island exclusively for two days ensuring their guests had a lifetime experience of a very special wedding in an Irish fairy-tale castle and ‘Their Big Day Full Of Vintage And Special Guests’.
The First Day
The celebrations kicked off with a splendid rehearsal dinner at the Golf Club at Waterford Castle.
Throughout their whole stay one thing was most important to the couple: Everyone should enjoy their wedding to the utmost! Nobody should feel left out and their needs and wishes should be met instantly. Waterford Castle and their excellent team were the perfect choice to fulfil their requirement.
Their Big Day
The tone for Tiffany & Sean’s wedding was set with a marvellous theme of old-world glamour & vintage. Shades of dusty rose and cream complemented their choice beautifully.
Our wonderful Celtic Monk who performed the ceremony was an instant hit with the couple & guests alike! He brought wonderful Celtic tributes to the wedding including hand fasting, blessings and some Celtic dialect. The beautiful sounds of the harpist brought you back to the bygone years of life in the castle.
Gourmet Cuisine
The castle is specially known for its award-winning cuisine and Tiffany & Sean served the very best Irish menu to their guests through the celebrations. It included dunmore east crab, fillet of aged castle beef and delicious canapes of smoked salmon & sheep’s cheese.
Finished off with delicious chocolate heaven & sublime caramel flavoured wedding cake!
A Special Guest
A very special guest a “Ring Bearing Hawk” was brought in to present the rings to the bride & groom during the ceremony. And he was very happy to pose for photos after the ceremony with a lovely snow owl …who appeared as if part of the wonderful castle resort.
Wedding Attire
The beautiful bride wore a magnificent Hayley Page dress creating a very romantic and beautiful aesthetic. She paired it with a vintage inspired cage veil and a glamorous, beaded shoulder necklace.
Her Bridesmaids looked stunning in different styled blush gowns while carrying vintage lanterns in lieu of bouquets. Tiffany’s daughter served as the junior maid and looked as fabulous as the bride.
We’re wishing Tiffany & Sean a marriage full of laughter and joy! May they have a lifetime filled with love xxx
